Circumstances: Someone ran over Deborah Copeland with her own car, a 1980 blue Pontiac Phoenix, in January of 1986 and killed her. The car was found about a mile from the body near her Bonnie Hill Community just outside the City of Chattahoochee. She was 27 years old at the time of her death.
The Gadsden County Cold Case Squad is vigorously pursuing the suspect(s) involved in the 1986 murder of Deborah Copeland in Chattahoochee, Florida. Deborah, is a black female, who was 27 years old at the time she was reported missing on January 24th, 1986 and her body was found on January 27th, 1986. Sheriff Morris A. Young states,"New information has been flowing in on this case and the leads have been promising".
